Today, I'm proud of myself for cleaning my house, being honest with myself about all the junk food I ate and I'm proud of myself that I noticed I was overeating due to my emotions. Also, I organized my school work and got online to order some pictures off my digital camera.

So I was looking around LJ, and look what a jewel I found! I am 16 years old, and really quite fat. I am not out of shape when it comes to muscular endurance, but because I have asthma, my cardiovascular aspect suffers. In the past two weeks, somehow I gained 15 pounds!!!! This amazes me because i dont really go over 2000 calories ever, but when I do I suppose I just gain a ton of weight or something. I was really good at Easter too! No candy for me!! So my short term goal is to get to 180, my weight 3 years ago, and 2 weeks ago too :-(!!! And my long term goal is to be at my ideal weight. (apparently I have a lot of lean muscle, so 165 is supposedly my ideal, but i think its more like 160. My goal is to get to the long term goal weight by July 1, which i think is a pretty good time limit. My challenge for myself is to try and do at least 30 min of homework before I eat anything when I get home from school. So here I go........

Boo. I left the weight-loss communities for a week and a half and gained two pounds. I'm clearly *not* ready to head out on my own. So here is a new set for me.

Today was sort of a poo day! Haha. I ate dinner really late today, so I gave myself a one because of it. I drank about 2 bottles of water today, and while working out (and right now) drank another. I worked out for 2 hours, mostly cardio, and some light ab-work. Posting, well here I am ;). I don't think I will be able to complete many challenges, as I am entering finals and I am drowning in books. Goodnight Lovelies <3

Awesome a perfect day! I went with my friend for an hour walk tonight, plus I walked to and from school. I still didnt chow down on snacks...which is good. I had 2 pickles, but theyre only like 5 calories each. I find it much easier to stick to this if I have my mind on other things. I mostly ate out of boredom, so if I can keep myself busy I guess Ill do fine.

Details: I worked out for about 2 hours (I spent the entire workout watching the new season of the Bachelor). I drank one bottle of water today at school, and two more glasses while working out. I had a chicken breast pita today for lunch (sigh-with cheese and mayo), and that was pretty much it. And for my challenge, I bought myself a line of a new facial treatment including: toner, exfoliator, and cleanser to treat my blemished skin. Today felt great. You ladies (and gents?) are great! Keep up the fantastic work <3

Challenge - ha, I sat through a faculty meeting during my conference and got my work done that i would've done during conference during lunch. grr. but it's done. And i graded when I got home, and just worked out. Zumba still rocks! I have this "rapido" tape - it's 15 minutes, so it gets me warmed up and going before I get on the Gazelle and stair stepper. Hehe, it's fun to shake your booty when no one's looking!

Not so good on the water today though - I left my bottle in the car when I got to work, so it was hot when I went back out. I drank a bottle (20oz) from the vending machine, but it took me from 6:15 to 3:00 to do so.

Well..I did pretty good on liquids..I drank a glass of the horribly despised grape fruit juice..and then had lots of water and tea...but not enough water...so blah!...ughe..lol

At lunch me and my firneds usually pig out...and theyre thin, so I just join, but today I didnt. And my boyfriend was over today so I didnt eat much for dinner or any snacks. Ill at least do some exersize tomorrow because Im walking to and from school...so thats half an hour. I guess I did pretty good though.

Rough day today mostly because Kali's mom sent me a box of candy for easter i couldn't refuse. Otherwise i would've done fine today. I didn't have time for exercise... Better phrased, i didn't make time. I'll go running tomorrow.
