Awesome a perfect day! I went with my friend for an hour walk tonight, plus I walked to and from school. I still didnt chow down on snacks...which is good. I had 2 pickles, but theyre only like 5 calories each. I find it much easier to stick to this if I have my mind on other things. I mostly ate out of boredom, so if I can keep myself busy I guess Ill do fine.
